Who we are

D2H Land Planning Development provides professional services in planning and the development process. We have a track record of negotiating on complex planning issues and finding solutions for our clients. Our team includes planners and other built environment professionals with extensive knowledge and experience from across the sectors. At the same time, we are approachable and informal.

What we do

Much of our work comes from recommendations, referrals and repeat business. Our clients include house builders, property developers, housing registered providers, local authorities, architectural practices, legal firms, businesses, primary care network, community organisations and contractors.

We deal with development of varying types and scales, from single dwellings to major mixed-use schemes and infrastructure projects. D2H has offices in the Midlands and Northwest of England and works all around the UK. Our work includes planning applications, appeals, enforcement, planning conditions, housing viability, regeneration, and land and site promotion.
