Chris joined D2H land planning & development as Planning Manager at our Leek office in September 2024. Chris has 24 years’ experience working in planning, including a former role as Team Manager (Development Management) with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council.

Other previous roles include Development Officer for Richard Ellis International Property Consultants, Senior Research Analyst with Applied Property Research (London Office), and Research Assistant with Manchester Metropolitan University.
