D2H has dealt with a wide range of development, gaining planning permissions for residential and mixed-use schemes, changes of use, conversion of heritage assets, and energy generation. The company has also provided specialist heritage advice for a large infrastructure project.

Recent or current projects include:

  • Planning applications for housing and mixed-use development on multiple brownfield sites (varying between 16 and 30 units) in Staffordshire and Cheshire
  • Gaining planning permission and Listed Building Consent for a mixed-use scheme in Congleton Town Centre, including HMOs, apartments and Use Class E units
  • Heritage advisor for Crossrail Thames Tunnels Section (Elizabeth Line)
  • Gaining prior approval for conversion of a commercial building in Stockport to residential units
  • Representations on green belt release and a large housing site allocation in Nottinghamshire
  • Planning permission for conversion and extension of a workshop in the greenbelt (Staffordshire)
  • Planning permission for upwards extension of residential buildings in conservation areas in Camden and Westminster
